At his 100th birthday celebration in 2017, exercise buff Carl Bogaard viewed young friends pay tribute to him by getting out on the dance floor and performing pushups.

“He did crunches. The DJ started out participating in the theme from ‘Rocky,’ and all people started off counting. He flipped himself above and did 25 pushups.”
